Important Information – Leo Deluxe Marktplatz

• Self check-in:
  Simple & flexible via key safe. The code will be sent automatically on the day of arrival by email or via the booking platform (Booking.com / Airbnb).
• Location:
  The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area, right on the historic market square in Leonberg. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance.
• Parking:
  Please do not park in the pedestrian zone in front of the entrance – this is prohibited and may result in a fine. Loading and unloading in front of the building is allowed.
  Free parking is available on weekends at the Leonberg tax office parking lot.
  Alternatively, use the “Hinterer Zwinger” parking garage nearby for currently €5 per 24 hours.
• Amenities:
  Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and sleeping furniture, high-quality bathroom with rain shower, towels & hairdryer.
• Cleaning & hygiene:
  The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Final cleaning is included in the nightly rate.
• Extras included:
  Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a starter set of Nespresso capsules and tea selection.
• Quiet residential building:
  Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM and be considerate of neighbors – no parties or loud music.
• Long-term stays:
  For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer discounted rates and optional mid-stay cleaning.

The apartment is located in the heart of Leonberg, right on the historic market square with its charming half-timbered houses.

You’ll find cozy cafés, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and small shops just steps away – everything within easy walking distance.

A stroll through the old town, a visit to the castle park, or dinner in one of the nearby restaurants will make your stay memorable.

Despite its central location, the neighborhood is peaceful and well-connected – public transport (S-Bahn, bus) is just a short walk away.
